義大利威尼斯美術學院、復旦大學客座教授。

以二十餘年如一日修行式、面對面的肖像藝術創作，來闡述中國山水精神，對虛擬時代人類整體反思，以此在世界藝術領域獨樹一幟。數位國家元首、近百位美術館館長等世界名人為其做模特。

參加威尼斯、庫裏蒂巴雙年展，在意大利威尼斯奎裏尼斯坦帕利亞基金會博物館、德國哈根國立歐斯特豪斯美術館等舉辦十多次個展，及法國大皇宮國家博物館、東京都美術館百次學術展；作品被莫斯科現代藝術博物館、古根海姆基金、中國美術館收藏；獲國家貢獻獎、國家藝術基金。

His face-to-face portrait art creation, likes the behavior of religious practice that perseveres for more than twenty years as if it were one day, to express the spirit of Chinese landscape. And it is also an introspection of mankind in this virtual time, which is extraordinarily unusual. His models include several heads of states, a hundred of museum curators, international celebrities, etc.  

He has held more than ten solo exhibitions in the Venice Biennale, the Curitiba Biennale, the Museum Quiristanparia foundation Venice Italy, and National Art Museum of Osterhaus Hagen German, etc., and participated in over hundreds of academic exhibitions held in Venice Biennial and Curitiba Biennial, etc. His works were collected by Museum of Modern Art Moscow, Guggenheim Foundation, and National Art Museum of China, etc. His awards include National Contribution Award, and National Arts Foundation.
