旅法油畫家、評論家、散文家。法國國家藝術家協會會員、中國美術家協會會員、香港油畫研究會會長、香港美協副主席。

1952年出生於福建省福清市。1978年移居香港。1984年畢業於香港美術專科學校。1990年定居巴黎。進入巴黎國立高等美術學院深造三年，並且在盧浮宮臨摹大師作品兩年，是第三代旅法藝術家的傑出代表，在海內外具有一定影響力。目前出版個人畫集16本、文集2本，大型畫冊一本。曾在海內外舉行20次個人畫展。評論、隨筆、畫作散見國內外報刊、雜誌、電臺、電視臺。

Lam is a France-residing artist, critic and writer. Currently he is the member of French Artist Association, the member of China Artists Association, the Chairman of Hong Kong Oil-painting Research Association and the Vice President of Hong Kong Artists Association.

Lam was born in Fuqing City, Fujian Province in 1952 and moved to Hong Kong in 1978. He graduated from Hong Kong Academy of Fine Arts in 1984. Since 1990, he resided in Paris and furthered his study in École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts, Paris for 3 years. He then spent 2 years in Louvre to learn the art of those great artists. As the 3rd generation distinguished France-residing artist, he has a certain influence at home and abroad. Lam has published 16 albums, 2 collected works and a large-scale catalogue. Lam has held 20 solo exhibitions all over the world. Lam’s criticism, essay and artworks can be found in numerous journals, magazines, broadcast program and TV Channel.
